About University Village Community Development District
The University Village Community Development District encompasses and area of approximately 282.8 acres in unincorporated Lee County, Florida.
The University Village CDD was established to plan, construct, acquire, operate and maintain systems and facilities related to landscaping and public areas, off-site road improvements, sanitary sewer collection system, water transmission and distribution system, storm water management and drainage system.
District Records Requests
University Village CDD complies with all provisions and requirements of Florida State Statute 119 in reference to retention and provision of public documents as established within the statute. Any requests for public documents or information will be provided by the District Custodian of Records subject to charges as permitted under the statute.
